1.) Estate Surveyors:
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc or HND with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper or Upper Credit in Estate Management with a minimum of 3years Post NYSC relevant work experience.
2.) Facility/Maintenance Engineer:
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc or HND with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Or Upper Credit in Building Technology and/or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in facility maintenance/management.
Qualification:
- Minimum of OND in Secretarial Studies with 3 years relevant work experience and demonstrable competencies in the use of basic computer applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, CorelDraw etc.)

- Candidates must have OND, City and Guides, NABTEB-Electrical with minimum of 5 years experience in facility management.
5.) Generator Technician
Qualification:
- Candidates must have OND, City and Guides, NABTEB-Mechanical with minimum of 5 years experience in generator repair/maintenance
6.) Security Guard Supervisors
Qualification
- Candidates must have OND School Cert with not less than 6 years working experience in a security outfit.

- Candidates must have OND, City and Guides, NABTEB – Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management.
Requirement:
- Applicants must have current drivers license with not less than 6 years driving experience

9.) Cleaners
Requirement:
- Applicants must be able to communicate in English Language. Experience in cleaning job will be an advantage.
