FUTO School Fees Payment now simplified!!!

FUTO is glad to announce its improved school fees payment system which will make payment easier and also mitigate the risk of loss of eTranzact pins.
What is new?
 Students’ fee payment on eTranzact platform gets updated automatically in FUTO Eduportal.

Kindly find below the guidelines:
How To Pay Your School Fees

1.     All fresh students are required to go to their Department/Faculty office to pick up their Username/password which will be used to Login to the portal.

2.     Go to www.futo.edu.ng and click on: Portal.

3.     Login with your username and password (as obtained from the department/Faculty). Be case sensitive when imputing the password and change your password on first login.

4.     Click on the “Fees” menu.

5.     Scroll down, in the Make Payment column; Verify that the Fee Schedule you see is correct. If your fees schedule is wrong, contact the ICT Center for assistance in correcting it before proceeding to step 6.

6.     Click on the “PAY FEES” button.

7.     Select the Etranzact payment option, click on the “CONTINUE” button.

8.     Click on the “PRINT INVOICE” button to generate your invoice (the invoice MUST contain your unique Transaction I.D).

9.     Go to any of the designated banks: First bank, UBA, Diamond Bank, Zenith bank, FUTO Microfinance bank, FCMB, Sterling Bank Plc and Mainstreet bank nationwide with your printed INVOICE to pay your Fee. YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE UPDATED AUTOMATICALLY FROM THE BANK.

10.    Return to the Portal, enter your log in details, Scroll down and click on the “PRINT RECEIPT” button to generate your SCHOOL FEES receipt.

(Make sure you upload your passport before printing out your Receipt)

NOTE: Keep the eTranzact paper given to you at the bank as evidence of payment. This will help you resolve any issue you may have with your payment later.

How To Edit Your Profile       

i.        Log-into the portal (www. futo.edu.ng and click on: FUTO Portal) with your username and password.

ii.        Click on the "EDIT PROFILE" menu.

iii.       Upload your passport photo by clicking on the “browse” button and then selecting the photo file resident on your computer/ Flash drive. Click VIEW to preview what was uploaded. (Picture size MUST be 30kb and MUST be in j.peg format)

iv.        Continue to input any missing information about yourself such as Address, Phone, Next of Kin, Place of Birth, etc.

v.        Verify all the information on the page and then click on the “SAVE” button at the top bar

vi.        Click on “Print” at the bottom of the page to print your profile report.

How To Do Your Course Registration

a.    Log-into the portal (www. futo.edu.ng and click on: Portal) with your username and password.

b.    Click on the "COURSE REGISTRATION" menu.

c.     Select your level and semester(s) as necessary.

d.    Select the Courses to be registered for and click on the "Register Selected Courses" button.

a.    NB: If you want to unregister a course that you have registered before, click on the “Request for De-registration” link.

e.     Click on Save to confirm the courses you have registered for.      

f.      After it has been saved, click on STUDENT DASHBOARD on the left of your screen.

g.    On the STUDENT DASHBOARD, Click on” Print Course Registration”, to print out your Course registration form.
